Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
- Architect and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for agent-facing user interfaces
- Design and implement real-time integrations using REST APIs between Salesforce, middleware, and downstream systems
- Define data models, automation strategies (Flows, Apex), and system interactions for complex business processes
- Ensure scalable and performant solutions for high-volume contact centre operations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and external vendors to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for development teams
- Drive best practices around CI/CD, code quality, security, and governance
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust monitoring and logging mechanisms
- Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to enterprise-level design decisions
