Football Development & Schools Coach

Christchurch | 10-20 Hours Per Week | $35-$50 Per Hour

IMS Performance Football is one of Christchurch's fastest-growing football development programmes, providing academy training, after-school programmes, holiday camps, private coaching, and elite development opportunities for players of all ages and abilities.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking enthusiastic and experienced football coaches to join our coaching team.

About the Role

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality coaching across a variety of programmes, including:

• IMS Academy
• After-School Football Programmes
• Holiday Camps
• Private Coaching Opportunities
• Regional, National & International Tours

This is an excellent opportunity for current or former players, coaches, teachers, or university students looking to make a positive impact on the next generation of footballers.

What we're looking for

• Passion for football and player development
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to create a fun, positive and professional learning environment
• Reliable, punctual and well-presented
• Previous playing and/or coaching experience
• Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle
• Willingness to complete Police Vetting

Preferred

• NZF C Licence or equivalent coaching qualification
• Experience working with children and young athletes
• Playing experience at a high level
