The opportunity
This is a senior business partnering role where you’ll work closely with a P&C Business Partner and leaders to provide trusted advice across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll support complex employment relations matters, coach leaders through change, contribute to strategic people initiatives, and play an important mentoring role within the wider People & Culture team. It’s a role for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and bring calm, clarity and credibility to a broad and varied portfolio.
About You
- You bring significant experience in a senior HR generalist or People & Culture business partnering role.
- You have strong employment relations experience and are confident coaching leaders and mentoring others through difficult or nuanced situations.
- You’re deeply passionate about people and motivated by creating practical outcomes.
- You’re calm and composed, with the judgement to navigate sensitive and complex matters.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- You bring confidence and adaptability when working through ambiguity, change and competing demands.
- You build trusted relationships quickly, influence with credibility, and enjoy working collaboratively.
- You’re willing to share your experience and mentor others, contributing to a strong and capable team culture.
What You’ll Bring
You’ll likely bring significant experience in a senior HR generalist or business partnering role, along with a depth of capability in employment relations, leadership coaching and change support. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who brings maturity, empathy, courage and commercial judgement to your work.
