Ready to help shape how leadership, accountability and performance come to life across Powerco? We’re looking for an experienced Organisational Development Lead to translate strategy into practical tools, frameworks and interventions that strengthen organisational capability and lift performance. This is a great opportunity to influence how leaders lead, teams work, and change is embedded across the business.

In this role, you’ll design and embed organisational development initiatives that improve leadership effectiveness, team performance and ways of working. You’ll work closely with leaders and People, Safety & Culture colleagues to develop practical frameworks, diagnose organisational needs, and deliver interventions that create measurable behaviour change and sustained outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and implement organisational development initiatives that strengthen leadership routines, accountability and performance.
• Develop and maintain OD frameworks, tools and approaches that leaders can easily apply in practice.
• Use organisational insights and data to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted interventions.
• Work collaboratively with People & Culture Business Partners to support behavioural change, team effectiveness and sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
• Collaborate with learning and people teams to turn capability needs into practical development pathways.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven & demonstrable experience delivering organisational development initiatives across complex organisations.
• Strong diagnostic capability, experience of identifying organisational and leadership needs and executing into practical solutions.
• Experience designing and embedding frameworks, programmes or tools that improve leadership capability and team effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative, practical style and a passion for helping leaders and teams perform at their best.
