What You Will be Doing

We are looking for a technically focused IT Hardware and Administration Coordinator to join our Digital team in a casual capacity for an initial period of 6 months to assist with administration, basic project management and communication with international stakeholders about logistics coordination.

This role is internally referred to as "Digital Administrator".

The role will be supporting the Digital team with scheduling and associated administration tasks of a global hardware refresh initiative. You will help our Digital team to effectively coordinate the roll out of the new hardware and ensure accurate timing and record-keeping of the installations across our international offices.

Key responsibilities will involve

  • Assisting with Administration: Help manage data entry requirements for the roll out of the global hardware refresh project.
  • Coordinate Scheduling: Liaise with and effectively communicate to stakeholders to arrange hardware swap outs with site contacts at international locations.
  • Status Updating: Keep track of progress, proactively report updates and update records for each location.
  • Transition Support: Work with technical teams to ensure smooth equipment transitions by answering FAQs.
