What you’ll do

As a Data & AI Enablement Lead, you’ll play a central role in embedding Data & AI capability across Genesis, ensuring new tools, platforms and ways of working translate into sustained business impact. Working across technology, business and leadership teams, you’ll turn strategy into practical implementation plans that drive adoption, capability uplift and meaningful business impact.

Some of the key responsibilities are:

• Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption & enablement, change and capability uplift initiatives across Genesis
• Drive capability uplift across Genesis through strategic partnerships, training programmes and scalable enablement initiatives
• Establish and evolve enablement programmes that support scalable AI adoption and knowledge sharing
• Operationalise the Data & AI strategy through prioritised roadmaps, adoption plans and measurable delivery outcomes
• Support the ongoing evolution of AI governance, ways of working and responsible adoption practices

What you’ll bring

You’ll bring strong change and enablement experience, along with the ability to help organisations embed new technologies, capabilities and ways of working at scale.

You will also bring;

• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation, capability uplift or technology adoption initiatives
• Experience supporting Data, Analytics or AI adoption within complex organisations
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business adoption strategies and actionable change initiatives
• Experience coordinating training programmes and working with external technology partners
• Understanding of platforms such as OpenAI ChatGPT, Databricks or similar modern AI ecosystems
• Product ownership or roadmap experience would be highly regarded
• Comfortable operating across business, technology and delivery teams in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
• Experience embedding new ways of working, behaviours and operating models across large organisations
• Build and lead communities of practice, champion networks and scalable adoption mechanisms that accelerate AI maturity across Genesis.
