The opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take full responsibility for the performance of our Hamilton branch.

You'll lead from the front - driving sales, strengthening customer relationships, and building a motivated, high-performing team.

Lead a high-performing branch, own its commercial success, and build a team that delivers outstanding customer experience in one of New Zealand's most trusted trade businesses.

This is not a desk-based role. You'll be visible, engaged, and actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the branch, including supporting the team at the trade counter during peak periods.
