We are looking for a detail-oriented
Accounting Administrator to join our Agribusiness team at BDO Gisborne. In this role, you’ll provide office and financial administration and support to the BDO Gisborne team and their portfolio of clients. You’ll be joining a team that is truly embedded in the local community.
What You’ll Do
- Provide office and financial administrative support to the Agribusiness team
- Assist with accounts processing and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Liaise with clients and team members to resolve queries and gather information
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture that values precision and client care
Skills and Experience
- Three years’ experience in an administration/account's role, preferably within a similar environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications and Xero
- Understanding of office and financial principles, systems, and processes
- Ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships
- Exceptional client service skills
- Ethical and professional behaviour
- Flexibility
- Experience with payroll software
