Job Title：Roofer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay :Hourly $27 - $35

Hours per week: 30-60

Number of Vacancy: 2

2 years relevant experience or a level 4 or above relevant qualification

Key Responsibilities：

• Install, repair and replace roofing materials on residential and commercial buildings.
• Measure and prepare roof surfaces for installation works
• Install roofing sheets, flashings, gutters, downpipes and assosicated roofing components
• Cut, shape and fix roofing materials using hand and power tools
• Ensure roofs are weatherproof and comply with building specifications and safety requirements
• Inspect completed roofing work and carry out maintenance and repaire work when required
• Read and interpret plans, drawings and job specifications
• Follow workplace health and safety procesures at all times.
