About The Role
Join AA Insurance as a Project Manager and play a key role in bringing our strategic and transformation initiatives to life. You’ll be responsible for leading projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring outcomes land successfully within the business and create real impact.
Working as part of our Transformation team, you’ll help shape and deliver projects within defined frameworks, making sure change is thoughtfully integrated and outcomes align with what our people and customers need. You’ll contribute to a strong, collaborative team environment that supports open communication and delivers results.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the planning and delivery of projects, taking accountability for outcomes from initiation through to completion.
- Bring projects to life by shaping clear plans, managing timelines, and navigating risks, issues, and dependencies along the way.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, quality, time and financial parameters.
- Work closely with stakeholders, teams, and partners to ensure what’s delivered meets expectations and delivers value.
- Drive strong change management practices, making sure business impacts are understood and well supported.
- Apply the AAI Delivery framework to guide consistent, high-quality project delivery.
- Contribute to a positive delivery culture by sharing insights, supporting others, and helping uplift capability across the team
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience delivering large-scale projects or organisational change initiatives.
- Strong working knowledge of project and change methodologies such as Agile, Lean or ADKAR.
- Comfortable managing end-to-end delivery, including planning, reporting, budgeting, and tracking progress.
- A natural relationship builder who can engage, influence, and collaborate across a wide range of stakeholders
- Confident communicator with the ability to bring clarity and alignment in complex environments.
- Self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to balance competing priorities and keep momentum going.
