About the role
We are looking for a Purchasing EAM Analyst to join our team at Dunsandel. This is a key role within the business where you’ll bring your purchasing and technical expertise to support operational reliability across our manufacturing environment.
Working closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement and Stores teams, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for engineering parts, consumables, and contractor services. You’ll play an important role in ensuring materials, inventory, and supplier processes are effectively managed while maintaining the integrity of our systems.
This is a fast-paced and varied role suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, building strong relationships and driving process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Of This Role Include..
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for goods, consumables, and contractor services
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, delivery schedules, and service requirements
- Support maintenance and inventory teams with reservations, rotable spares, and stock management activities
- Maintain accurate master data, purchasing parameters, and material information within EAM and ERP systems
- Review supplier pricing, lead times, and purchasing compliance requirements
- Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and receipts, resolving discrepancies where required
- Coordinate returns, warranty claims, and supplier credits for parts and materials
- Ensure procurement activities align with company policies, food safety requirements, and inventory procedures
- Provide proactive communication to internal stakeholders regarding delivery updates, pricing changes, and procurement
About You
You’ll bring strong procurement coordination capability along with a practical understanding of engineering or maintenance environments. Highly organised and detail-focused, you can confidently manage competing priorities while building strong working relationships across suppliers and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role
- 2–3 years’ experience within engineering, maintenance, trades, mechatronics, electrical, mechanical, or a related technical environment
- Experience working with CMMS systems, ideally Hexagon EAM
- Strong understanding of engineering parts and materials
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or EAM
- Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting capability
- A solid understanding of stock control, replenishment, and procurement processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to process compliance
