About The Role

You are a sharp, curious, and experienced Senior Business Analyst who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments and is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. You bring a mix of strategic insight, structured thinking, and human-centred curiosity.

You Will

  • Partner with the Product Owner to translate strategic objectives supporting the risk remediation initiative by eliciting, documenting, and tracking remediation requirements, impacts, and dependencies across business and technology teams.
  • Support the development and maintenance of implementation and delivery plans, coordinating across squads, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and momentum.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops and engagements across multiple cross-functional teams including developers, architects & vendors to align on platform capabilities and quarterly objectives.
  • Document requirements, processes, and solution options clearly and concisely, ensuring shared understanding across all delivery teams and stakeholders.
  • Translate complexity into clarity: Elicit and shape integration requirements across multiple systems, ensuring solutions deliver a seamless experience for both end users and customers.
  • Drive future‑ready change: Analyse current‑state platforms and define future‑state requirements to support risk remediation and the transition to a modern, product‑led operating model.
  • Enable safe migration at scale: Work confidently with large data sets and legacy systems to define requirements for migration, reducing technical risk while supporting business continuity.
  • Lead, support, and mentor other Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to foster growth and ensure high-quality delivery.

You Bring

  • Proven experience as a technical Senior Business Analyst in a product-focused delivery environment.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to work confidently through ambiguity and drive clarity.
  • Strong in system integration, APIs, and data-centric solutions, with the ability to navigate complex multi-vendor environments while bridging strategic intent and effectively managing stakeholders .
  • Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to challenge, influence, and align
  • Solid experience in solution analysis, road-mapping, and coordinating complex delivery plans.
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse teams and external partners.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach.
  • A growth mindset, adaptability, and genuine passion for improving health outcomes through innovation.
