HubSpot Implementation Engineer

We’re a NZ sales and systems consultancy. We sell HubSpot CRM builds to SMEs and need someone to implement them properly. You take a signed engagement and turn it into a CRM the client’s team actually uses.

What you’ll do

• Configure HubSpot from the ground up — properties, deal and ticket pipelines, permissions, branding

• Build workflows and automation that match each client’s process, not a generic template

• Migrate and clean data from legacy systems

• Set up integrations — Outlook, accounting tools, phone systems, Zapier/Make bridges

• Build reporting dashboards owners and managers will read

• Run training and handover, then support clients

What you’ll need

• HubSpot certification (CRM, Sales, Service or Ops Hub) and real implementation experience

• Solid CRM configuration and workflow automation skills

• Data migration experience — import, enrich, validate

• Working knowledge of integrations and API basics

• Plain-English communication; you’ll deal with clients directly

• NZ-based

Nice to have

• Ops Hub / data sync experience

• Agency or consulting background

• AI and Microsoft development experience

• Type: Permanent employee

• Location: Tauranga preferred; remote anywhere in NZ. New Zealand-based only — no overseas applicants.
