Mo te turanga | About the role
This role sits within the Operational Support and Assurance team and supports the effective delivery of administrative and operational functions across QAD.
You'll work closely with business units to ensure processes run smoothly, contribute to continuous improvement, and provide mentoring and guidance to team members. This is a great opportunity to build on your knowledge of QAD operations and expand your capability across a wide range of functions.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver high-quality operational and administrative support
- Coordinate workflows and help ensure work is completed to standard and on time
- Support and mentor Operational Support Officers
- Contribute to process and system improvements
- Build strong relationships and respond to stakeholder queries

- Experience in operational or administrative support
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Experience supporting or mentoring others
- High attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
- Confidence using systems and Microsoft Office tools
