>Experience designing solutions in highly regulated environments with strong privacy, security, and assurance requirements.
Proven experience working with multidisciplinary agile teams and external delivery partners.
Nice To Haves
>Experience working in the NZ public sector or other regulated environments.
>Experience with cloud platforms (Azure & AWS).
>Exposure to data‑driven or AI‑enabled solutions, including responsible and ethical use.
>Experience in a Scaled Agile environment with an interest in using AI to enhance delivery and SDLC practices
