The Role

Manage clients from enquiry through to settlement while providing outstanding lending advice and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and assess lending needs
• Structure lending solutions and submit applications
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors and clients
• Manage applications through to settlement
• Build referral relationships and grow business

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' NZ mortgage broking experience
• Strong lender policy knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and client-focused
• Proven track record of settlements
