  • Ability to motivate teams and drive programme delivery
  • Physically and mentally fit for work in a demanding environment
  • Reliable with a positive, solutions‑focused attitude

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Safe handling of bitumen training
  • Strong computer skills and experience with site reporting

We welcome applications from women and men who meet the role requirements and are ready to take the next step in their leadership career.

Why join HEB?

You’ll be joining a team where safety, respect and accountability come first.

What’s in it for you

  • Secure, long‑term employment with a respected civil contractor
  • Competitive salary and overtime opportunities
  • Life, injury and health insurance
  • Birthday leave
  • Full PPE and well‑maintained plant and equipment
  • Ongoing training and leadership development opportunities
  • A strong safety culture where your leadership makes a real difference
  • Support from experienced managers and a committed surfacing team
