Business Administration (MBA) — AI Data Trainer
About The Role
What if your MBA could directly shape how AI advises the next generation of executives, analysts, and strategists? We're looking for business experts to stress-test and train cutting-edge AI models across corporate finance, market strategy, operations, and organizational behavior — ensuring AI can perform at the standard real business professionals demand.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience required — just deep business knowledge and a sharp analytical mind.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do

- Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses that include financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales that serve as benchmark answers for AI training
- Audit AI-Generated Business Content — Evaluate AI-produced business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and professional soundness
- Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and document flaws in AI logic — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or missing macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback
- Work Independently — Complete task-based assignments asynchronously, fully on your own schedule
