Objective
Main Objective of the Position This is a key role delivering the customer service requirements for Waters & Farr, Co-ordinating project supply, managing orders and ensuring customer needs are met.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Internal sales Internal point of contact for customers contacting Waters and Farr in person, by phone or via email. You will establish customer needs and work with the wider team to ensure these needs are met. Processing orders, answering product enquiries and dealing with other customer requests as required.
Sales Support Provide internal sales support for the Sales Representatives.
Liaising on other sales activities and preparing for contract fulfilment activities as appropriate.
Project Supply Work with customers and the sales team to plan and implement the contract supply, with direct delivered products. Communicate with manufacturing and logistics about the delivery plan and any issues during the fulfilment phase.
Training Complete on-going upskilling and training as required.
Assist in training new employees.
Other Duties Duties may be varied from time to time consistent with the employee’s training and skills and such varied duties are to be performed to standards that will be specified as required.
