THE OPPORTUNITY
Join our team on the Weka Complex as a Calf Rearer and play a key role in rearing our next generation of dairy heifers and dairy beef cattle.
You’ll be responsible for caring for young calves, feeding, weighing, drafting, drenching, and monitoring their health and welfare. You may also assist with general farm duties when required.

You’ll be part of a farm team that works together and supports one another. This is a coordinated operation where communication is strong and shared standards matter.
Working within the complex gives you the chance to build relationships with multiple teams, strengthen your leadership skills, and gain experience that supports future career progression.
