SALARY: CI$40,000 - CI$55,000 pa
WORKING HOURS: 45 HOURS PER WEEK

We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join Dart People Ltd. This role provides vital support to the finance team, managing day-to-day transactional accounting activities and administrative tasks to ensure accurate, timely financial operations.
DO YOU HAVE
An associate’s degree in accounting, or equivalent practical accounting experience
At least 1 year of accounting experience in a related role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume tasks
Effective time management and multitasking abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships
High regard for confidentiality and attention to detail
WE WANT YOU TO
Perform daily accounting activities, including AP, AR, reconciliations, and intercompany billings
Support vendor management and respond to vendor inquiries professionally
Assist with utility account tracking and related reporting
Carry out administrative tasks to support the finance department
Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc finance initiatives
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all transactional processing
Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records
Work closely with the Senior Accountant and the wider finance team
Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues as needed
Uphold confidentiality and strong internal controls at all times
