About the Role
Struckum Commercial Pest Services is seeking a professional and customer-focused Commercial Support Representative to provide administrative and operational support to our commercial service team. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with service scheduling, documentation, customer inquiries, reporting, and coordination between clients and service technicians.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Client Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Respond to customer inquiries, service requests, and general concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming service appointments.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Prepare, process, and maintain service documentation, reports, and customer records.
- Ensure service reports, contracts, and customer files are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record management within company software systems.
- Monitor service schedules and coordinate with service technicians and other operations personnel to ensure services are delivered as planned.
- Generate and distribute customer reports, service summaries, and other documentation as required.
Coordination & Communication
- Communicate effectively with technicians, supervisors, managers, and customers to support daily operations.
- Assist in coordinating service visits, special projects, and customer requests.
- Escalate customer concerns or operational issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Support internal teams by ensuring information is communicated accurately and promptly.
Compliance & Quality Support
- Maintain the confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Assist in ensuring documentation and records meet company and regulatory requirements.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, office coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or additional administrative training, or certification is an asset.
