Are you a qualified or experienced Carpenter looking to join a great team with steady, long-term work?
Our client is a nationwide construction company delivering a strong pipeline of residential builds, renovations, fit-outs, and finishing projects. They are seeking reliable, motivated tradespeople who will work in Auckland, but may from time to time be required to relocate to other regions for work, including the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Canterbury and Otago.
About the Role
You will be working across a variety of projects including:
New residential builds
Renovations and extensions
Interior fit-outs and finishing work
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry work while maintaining strong health & safety standards. We value clear communication, teamwork, and pride in workmanship.
What We Offer
Competitive hourly rates (from $35.00 per hour, based on experience)
Minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed (typically 40+ hours)

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant construction or carpentry experience, OR
Level 4 carpentry qualification or equivalent trade certification
Ability to carry out a range of carpentry and construction tasks
Skills suitable for site work
Driving Licence

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Own tools preferred
Reliable transport and driver’s licence advantageous
Site Safe certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and measurements
Physically fit, reliable, and motivated
Work Conditions
Full-time position
Monday to Friday (day shifts)
Auckland-based role (with relocation opportunities)
