The Role

You will join a growing engineering team contributing to a national portfolio of projects. This is a senior position that blends hands-on technical drafting across both project delivery with supervisor / team lead leadership duties.

Role Requirements

• Proven experience in structural drafting and detailing across steel and reinforced concrete structures
• Strong capability using Revit and CAD software
• Background in complex or industrial projects such as substations, energy, or heavy infrastructure structures
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior drafters
• Ability to take ownership of workload and deliver projects independently
• Exposure to civil or infrastructure drafting is beneficial
