The Role
Are you a communications professional who thrives on turning complexity into clarity and crafting compelling stories that resonate? This is an opportunity to step into an important role where your work will shape how Zentera connects with its people, partners and the wider world.
As Communications Lead, you will drive clear, consistent and engaging communication across internal and external audiences, translating business priorities, technical insights and market activity into impactful messaging that builds trust and alignment.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Content development & storytelling: Writing and editing high-quality, on-brand content across digital, media, internal and corporate channels, and bringing Zentera’s story to life in a clear and compelling way.
- Media & external relations: Building strong relationships with media and stakeholders, pitching stories and managing enquiries to support positive brand visibility.
- Communications strategy & delivery: Developing and executing proactive communication plans aligned to business priorities and ensuring coordinated, effective delivery across channels.
- Reputation & issues management: Providing trusted advice to leaders, identifying risks early and managing sensitive issues with professionalism and care.
- Internal communications & engagement: Supporting leadership messaging and creating engaging communications that keep our people informed, connected and aligned.

The Person
You are a clear thinker, strong writer and trusted advisor who can influence across the business and bring energy, structure and creativity to communications.
You will bring:
- At least 5 years' experience in communications, media, public relations or a related field
- A proven ability to translate complex information into engaging, audience-focused messaging
- Strength in writing across multiple formats and channels (media, digital, internal, executive communications)
- Experience providing communications advice to leaders and managing reputational or media issues
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and deliver at pace
