About the Role

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Wellington office, ensuring a professional, safe and well-functioning workplace.
  • Manage office budgets, suppliers, procurement, maintenance, repairs, access control and workspace planning.
  • Lead, coach and support the Business Support team, driving high-quality outcomes and a collaborative office culture.
  • Provide proactive executive support to senior leaders, including diary management, meeting coordination and complex travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and manage documents, agendas, board papers and presentations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, office-wide initiatives and staff engagement activities in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate office records and compliance documentation, while supporting operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Proven experience in office management and supporting C-suite or senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, with the ability to guide, coach and develop a team.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.
  • Experience coordinating complex travel, meetings and events.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and other business productivity tools.
  • A flexible, reliable and proactive approach, with a commitment to delivering excellence.
