About The Role
We’re looking for a Trainer & Assessor to join the team on a 12-month fixed term basis.
Reporting to the Training Coordinator, you’ll deliver training and assessments focused on high-risk and heavy mobile plant operations. You’ll also maintain accurate records, support compliance training, and help ensure our people remain authorised and safe onsite.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver training and assessments across operational areas
- Assess operators on heavy equipment and high-risk tasks
- Identify learning needs and support capability development
- Maintain accurate training and assessment records
- Support compliance with site training requirements
- Contribute to safe work practices and risk management
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in training/assessing in mining or a high-risk environment
- Knowledge of heavy equipment or mobile plant operations
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices
- Good communication and organisation skills
- A practical, hands-on approach and commitment to safety
