You will help ensure our health, safety and training information is accurate, up to date and well managed, so our site teams can operate safely, efficiently and in line with requirements.
About The Role
We are looking for a capable and highly organised Health, Safety & Training Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our health, safety and training teams onsite at Rotowaro.
This role is focused on maintaining precise record-keeping, ensuring timely reporting and supporting system administration. It is a key support role that helps promote a safe, compliant and efficient work environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the health, safety and training functions onsite
- Maintaining organised, current and accessible safety records, forms and supporting documentation
- Assisting with safety reporting, inspections and departmental follow-up activities
- Supporting risk management processes through administration of hazard, inspection and risk control records
- Maintaining accurate records relating to risk assessments, safe work procedures and related controls
- Administering site training records and supporting the coordination of training activity
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into site databases and reporting systems
- Supporting departmental planning and helping ensure deadlines, priorities and service expectations are met
- Undertaking other reasonable duties consistent with the purpose and level of the role
What You’ll Bring
- A relevant secondary or tertiary qualification, or equivalent practical experience in administration or business support
- Strong administration and records management experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience working with databases, learning management systems or similar business systems
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep information accurate, current and easy to retrieve
