A busy, locally owned transport company based in Ashburton is seeking a skilled
and reliable Bulk Truck Driver to join the team on a permanent full time basis. This role has
a guaranteed 80 hours per fortnight. Payrate of $30-$35 PH
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate bulk trucks efficiently and safely
- Loading and unloading of truck
- Navigate routes across Canterbury and beyond
- Complete tasks using in-cab technology (tablet-based)
- Uphold health and safety practices at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant driving experience
- Valid Class 4 or 5 NZ driver’s licence
- Physically fit for the demands of the role
- Good geographic knowledge of Canterbury
- Able to work weekends and stay away from home where needed
- Must live within a reasonable distance of Ashburton
- Must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
- Basic use of in-cab tablet and health and safety requirements
