The role

Lumin's SMB growth doesn't wait for inbound. This role owns the entire direct sales cycle from identifying the right companies and earning the first conversation, through to demo, negotiation, and close. You are the constant: the person who builds the pipeline, works it with discipline, and sees every deal through to an outcome. You won't have a manager telling you how to spend your week. You'll have a number, a product worth believing in, a market full of opportunity, and the autonomy to figure out how to get there. If you're the kind of person who creates their own momentum, this is your role.

What we're looking for

  • Proven full-cycle B2B SaaS sales track record from prospect to close.
  • Strong pipeline discipline — your CRM is clean, your forecasts are honest
  • A consultative style: you earn trust by understanding the customer's world, not by following a script
  • Comfortable working independently and across multiple time zones
  • Familiarity with integration-led tech stacks is a bonus; experience in document, productivity, or collaboration software is a plus
