Your New Role
This is a fast-paced, process-driven role where you will play a key part in our Motor team. With a strong focus on claims processing and data management, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth workflow across multiple priorities.
You will be administering a portfolio of motor claims through from lodgement to successful and timely completion, including:
- Managing incoming calls and emails
- Registering, loading, and tracking new motor claims
- Maintaining accurate data input and managing claims-related documentation
- Delivering quality customer experiences
- Effective and timely written and verbal communication and reporting

- Have strong attention to detail, particularly with data, invoices, and financial information
- Have a natural ability to spot inconsistencies and problem-solve when things don’t add up

- Are a confident communicator with a friendly and professional phone manner
- Are tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Work well in a team and support others to succeed
What You Will Bring
- At least 2 years’ experience in administration, coordination, or finance/accounts support
- Experience with claims processing, data entry, or high-volume administration is highly regarded
- Motor claims or insurance experience is preferred, but not essential
- An interest in all things motor related
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other digital tools
