Your New Role

This is a fast-paced, process-driven role where you will play a key part in our Motor team. With a strong focus on claims processing and data management, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth workflow across multiple priorities.

You will be administering a portfolio of motor claims through from lodgement to successful and timely completion, including:

  • Managing incoming calls and emails
  • Registering, loading, and tracking new motor claims
  • Maintaining accurate data input and managing claims-related documentation
  • Delivering quality customer experiences
  • Effective and timely written and verbal communication and reporting

  • Are tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Work well in a team and support others to succeed

What You Will Bring

  • At least 2 years’ experience in administration, coordination, or finance/accounts support
  • Experience with claims processing, data entry, or high-volume administration is highly regarded
  • Motor claims or insurance experience is preferred, but not essential
  • An interest in all things motor related
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
  • A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and other digital tools
