As an Advisor Information Management, you support the day-to-day delivery of information management services in a digital environment. You’ll work closely with teams to provide practical guidance, respond to requests, and help staff confidently use tools like SharePoint (Hukutai and CoLab), and MS Teams..
You’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving information systems, supporting the shift from paper to digital, and contributing to training, guidance, and awareness initiatives. This is a hands-on role focused on enabling consistent, effective information practices and a great user experience across the organisation
The appointing range for this role is $81,665 - $101,627, with appointments typically made at the midpoint.

- Experience supporting information management systems and digital collaboration tools
- Strong customer service approach, with the ability to manage requests and provide practical support
- Confidence communicating technical guidance in a clear, user-friendly way
- Good understanding of information management standards and public sector practices
- Strong organisation and time management skills in a busy environment
- Collaborative approach, with the ability to build effective working relationships
