As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment support across New Zealand, with some occasional support to the wider Asia Pacific region. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC , you will partner closely with hiring managers and the broader business to attract and secure exceptional talent across a diverse range of disciplines.

Working hand-in-hand with stakeholders, you will determine recruitment requirements and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, while proactively understanding the recruitment forecast across the business. You will cultivate and manage talent pools aligned to our critical talent segments, and use your networks and online sourcing tools to engage strong candidates across a wide variety of roles.

Beyond day-to-day hiring, you will design and deploy fit-for-purpose talent attraction strategies, champion a culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion, and partner with the people team to facilitate talent pathways, succession planning and retention. You will also support global mobility across the Egis Group, Region and Business Lines, and help guide the business through change as our talent acquisition processes and systems evolve.

Qualifications

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in an internal or agency role, recruiting within the engineering, consulting or architecture sector. In addition, you will also have:

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a genuine passion for building strong internal relationships
  • A consultative and proactive approach to partnering with the business
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • Previous experience with LiveHire (highly regarded)
  • A commitment to diversity and inclusion, and to attracting and promoting a diverse talent pool
