Te mahi ki ASB | What you’ll do

As Chapter Area Lead, you’ll provide enterprise‑level leadership for delivery and project practice across ASB, accountable for uplifting capability and enabling consistent, high‑quality outcomes aligned to strategy and risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Setting strategic direction for delivery capability, performance, tooling and workforce planning across the practice.
• Leading and enabling Chapter Leads, holding them accountable for leadership quality, capability uplift, engagement and delivery outcomes.
• Governing delivery standards and ways of working, ensuring effective execution across agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery.
• Owning practice effectiveness, including value realisation, risk and change stewardship, and protection of delivery outcomes.
• Partnering with senior leaders to align delivery capability to current and future priorities, including leadership of planning management and dependencies, suppliers, tooling and AI governance.

• Expert‑level capability across delivery and project management disciplines, including agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery, value management and measuring effectiveness.
• Advanced leadership capability, with strengths in decision‑making, influencing, collaboration, matrix leadership and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong experience governing methodologies and standards while enabling teams to deliver outcomes predictably.
• Sound risk management capability, with a focus on achieving better risk outcomes.
• Confidence operating at executive and senior leadership level, with strong credibility and presence.
• A genuine passion for developing people, building succession and sustaining practice health through engagement and capability uplift.
