We’re looking for a Chapter Area Lead to provide strategic, enterprise leadership for the Change Management craft across Transformation & Delivery. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in complexity, brings strong delivery craft credibility and is motivated by building sustainable capability that delivers high quality outcomes at scale.

In this senior leadership role, you’ll be accountable for the end‑to‑end performance, capability and outcomes of Change Management across ASB. You’ll operate at an enterprise level, shaping how change is understood, governed and embedded across the organisation.
You Will
- Set the strategic direction for enterprise Change Management, drawing on global best practice to establish standards, governance and measurable effectiveness.
- Create an enterprise view of change demand and impact, supporting informed enterprise planning, prioritisation and decision‑making.
- Lead and enable a cohort of Chapter Leads, ensuring consistent leadership quality, strong engagement, and continuous capability uplift across the practice.
- Govern the consistent application of change methodologies and standards, embedding structured, people‑centred change approaches across delivery.
- Own practice‑level effectiveness and benefits realisation, ensuring change outcomes are clearly defined, tracked and realised.
- Provide strong risk stewardship, proactively identifying, surfacing and addressing emerging enterprise change risks.
- Partner closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to align change capability with ASB’s current and future strategic priorities.
- Be accountable for tooling and AI governance across the change practice, ensuring ethical, consistent and effective use that enables insight and value realisation.

You’ll Bring
- Extensive experience leading enterprise‑scale Change Management capability, including standards, governance and value realisation.
- Expert capability in change strategy and frameworks, impact assessment, business readiness and measuring effectiveness across complex portfolios.
- Strong risk management capability, with the ability to identify emerging risks and influence effective outcomes.
- Advanced leadership strength in influencing, decision‑making, collaboration and matrix environments.
- Proven experience building and leading high‑performing leadership cohorts, with a focus on engagement, capability uplift and succession.
- The ability to role‑model ASB leadership behaviours and bring our values to life every day.
