Content Creator and Social Media Manager

Spring with Sarah is a leading mindset and identity coaching business supporting high-performing women & men to step into the next version of themselves and we're growing.

We are looking for a content creator who does not just execute but leads. Someone who sees opportunities we have not thought of, brings ideas to the table and takes ownership of how this brand shows up online.

What you'll be doing:

→ Creating Reels, carousels and scroll-stopping content

→ Writing captions, hooks and copy that actually converts

→ Helping film, capture content

→ Managing our content calendar and keeping things moving

You're our person if you:

Love making content and stay across what's trending

Have basic videography and photography skills

Understand how to capture and write in someone else's voice

Are confident scripting and editing Reels

Are based in Christchurch / Canterbury

Want to grow alongside a business doing meaningful work

Qualifications

• Content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia production
• Proficiency in social media platforms, social media strategy, and analytics tools
• Knowledge of branding, audience engagement, and online trends
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently
• Effective communication, creative problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
• Experience with digital marketing and campaign execution
• Familiarity with personal development, coaching, or wellness-focused industries is a plus

The role: Part-time to start (20 hours/week) with a clear path to full-time for the right fit. If you are only looking for full time or contract still apply you will be considered.
