We are Eil Global, a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, Servers, networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA regions

Role: OSS support (Desktop/Network/EUC)

Duration – Starting immediately till 17th Jun 2026

Location – Pukete, Hamilton, New Zealand

Model: Full day support (Mon-Fri During Business Hours)

Experience: 3+ Yrs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 OS, hardware, and software issues
  • Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Provide onsite and remote end-user support
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, and Excel
  • Handle Active Directory tasks such as password reset, account unlock, and group management
  • Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN and basic network connectivity issues
  • Configure and support printers, scanners, webcams, headsets, and USB devices
  • Support AV/Meeting room devices including Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference systems
  • Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy
  • Maintain proper ticket updates, documentation, and SLA compliance
  • Coordinate asset management and hardware replacement activities
