Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training)
About The Role
What if your expertise in healthcare data governance could directly shape how AI understands and reasons about hospital systems, clinical workflows, and health data compliance? We're looking for experienced Hospital Health Data Governance Leads to help us build and evaluate AI models that need to get healthcare right — accurately, securely, and in full alignment with regulatory standards.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep knowledge of healthcare data governance and a sharp eye for what good looks like in a clinical data environment.

- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

- Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic, methodical approach to quality evaluation
- No prior AI or tech experience required
