This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced healthcare data professionals who want to do meaningful, forward-looking work alongside the world's leading AI research teams.

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance at scale
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to surface trends, support leadership decisions, and drive improvements in care delivery and organizational efficiency
- Translate complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights that non-technical stakeholders can understand and act on
- Apply your clinical domain knowledge to evaluate, validate, and improve AI-generated outputs related to healthcare analytics and data interpretation
- Ensure data quality and governance standards are upheld across all reporting systems and analytical workflows
Who You Are
- Experienced healthcare or clinical analytics professional with a strong command of BI systems, data modeling, and reporting tools
- Proven track record designing and managing end-to-end BI solutions — from data pipeline to executive dashboard
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
- A natural leader who can guide and elevate a team of analysts while staying hands-on with the data
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and committed to delivering insights that are accurate and trustworthy
- Self-motivated and effective when working independently in remote, async environments
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding systems
- Background in population health, clinical operations, or value-based care analytics
- Experience working with or evaluating AI-generated content or outputs
