What You'll Do

  • Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, clinical data outputs, and EHR-related information for accuracy and quality
  • Apply your expertise in health information systems to identify errors, gaps, and areas for improvement in AI responses
  • Review and annotate healthcare datasets, clinical documentation, and medical workflows to support AI training
  • Provide structured, expert feedback on the accuracy, completeness, and clinical relevance of AI outputs
  • Collaborate asynchronously with a global team of domain experts and AI researchers
  • Contribute to improving how AI models understand clinical terminology, patient data, and healthcare processes

Who You Are

  • Experienced with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with a background in data interpretation, reporting, or trend analysis
  • Familiar with clinical and administrative workflows in healthcare settings
  • Able to communicate findings clearly and concisely in written form
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently
  • Able to evaluate complex information systematically and at scale

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation frameworks
  • Background in health informatics, clinical informatics, or biomedical data science
  • Familiarity with interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding systems
  • Prior exposure to AI, machine learning, or LLM evaluation workflows
