What You'll Do
- Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, clinical data outputs, and EHR-related information for accuracy and quality
- Apply your expertise in health information systems to identify errors, gaps, and areas for improvement in AI responses
- Review and annotate healthcare datasets, clinical documentation, and medical workflows to support AI training
- Provide structured, expert feedback on the accuracy, completeness, and clinical relevance of AI outputs
- Collaborate asynchronously with a global team of domain experts and AI researchers
- Contribute to improving how AI models understand clinical terminology, patient data, and healthcare processes
Who You Are
- Experienced with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
- Strong analytical skills with a background in data interpretation, reporting, or trend analysis
- Familiar with clinical and administrative workflows in healthcare settings
- Able to communicate findings clearly and concisely in written form
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Able to evaluate complex information systematically and at scale
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation frameworks
- Background in health informatics, clinical informatics, or biomedical data science
- Familiarity with interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding systems
- Prior exposure to AI, machine learning, or LLM evaluation workflows
