What You'll Do

  • Apply your troubleshooting and system optimization knowledge to assess the accuracy and quality of AI outputs
  • Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic scenarios in AI responses involving EHRs, clinical applications, and hospital infrastructure
  • Translate your understanding of clinical and operational requirements to help AI reason more effectively about healthcare environments
  • Provide structured, detailed feedback using clear guidelines and rating frameworks
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Hands-on experience supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
  • Strong technical troubleshooting instincts and system-level thinking
  • Ability to bridge the gap between clinical workflows and technical solutions
  • Clear written communication skills — you can explain complex systems simply
  • Detail-oriented and reliable when working independently
  • No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows
  • Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or healthcare interoperability standards
  • Background working with clinicians, IT teams, or hospital operations
