The Role

Reporting to Commercial Leads, you will serve as the dedicated Finance Business Partner for a high-profile, critical internal function. Working closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager, you will translate financial data into commercial insight, supporting better decision-making across the wider organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial reporting and performance analysis for a specialist function
• Provide KPI reporting to assist team planning and performance management
• Conduct pre and post-implementation reviews for key business undertakings
• Manage accounts and ensure adherence to financial policies and processes
• Develop exception-based performance reporting in partnership with key stakeholders
• Support supplier revenue analysis and reporting
• Assist the sales team with pricing reviews and recommendations

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or commercial finance role
• Commercially sharp, with the ability to simplify complex financial data for non-finance audiences
• Skilled at building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders
• Advanced user of reporting tools and business information systems; strong data management principles
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities at pace
• CA/CPA qualification preferred but not essential
• Retail, FMCG, or similarly complex commercial environment advantageous
