We’re looking for a Digital Insights Delivery Partner to join our Data & Analytics team — someone who can combine deep digital analytics expertise with strong stakeholder partnership to ensure insight work is focused on the highest-value opportunities.
Working at the intersection of data, digital, and strategy, you’ll turn customer behaviour into clear and actionable recommendations that drive meaningful customer and business outcomes.
You’ll be part of a growing Digital Insights capability focused on embedding analytics into how decisions are made — not just how they are measured.
Mō te tūranga | About the role
As a Digital Insights Delivery Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring digital insight work is focused on the highest-value outcomes and embedded into decision-making, not delivered in isolation.
You’ll partner closely with Digital leaders and cross-functional squads to:
- Shape and prioritise insight work
- Translate digital strategy into meaningful analytics questions
- Guide how we measure, analyse, and optimise customer experiences
This is a player–coach role — you’ll stay close to delivery while also influencing direction, coaching analysts, and lifting how we approach digital insights across ASB.
Te mahi | What you’ll be doing
Partner & influence
- Build strong relationships with Digital leaders and stakeholders to shape, prioritise, and agree the most valuable insight work
- Provide clarity on priorities and confidently manage trade-offs across competing demands
- Influence decisions through clear storytelling and evidence-based recommendations
Translate strategy into insight
- Work with squads to turn customer journeys, adoption, and growth goals into clear analytics questions
- Navigate ambiguity and define structured analytics approaches where requirements are unclear
- Connect data across sources to provide a joined-up view of customer behaviour
Lead digital analytics delivery
- Stay hands-on across customer journey analysis, funnels, experimentation, and performance insights
- Apply strong Adobe Analytics expertise to uncover insights and optimise digital experiences
- Turn analysis into clear, actionable insights that support timely decision-making
- Step into complex or high-impact work where strong judgement is required
Drive measurement & data clarity
- Provide direction on digital measurement, event design, and data layer implementation
- Champion consistent, scalable approaches to how digital data is captured and used
Coach & uplift
- Guide analysts on how to approach problems, not just what to deliver
- Support a focused and sustainable workload by reinforcing clear prioritisation
- Contribute to a safe, collaborative, and high-performing team environment

You’re a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable diving into the detail. You bring a strong blend of technical analytics capability, commercial thinking, and stakeholder influence.
We’re Looking For
- Strong digital analytics expertise across customer journeys, funnels, experimentation, and optimisation
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (or similar web analytics tools), including digital performance measurement and customer journey analysis
- Experience working with digital data layers and measurement frameworks
- Proven ability to translate business and digital strategy into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to manage competing priorities and influence outcomes
- Confidence operating in ambiguous environments, turning unclear problems into structured approaches
- A player–coach mindset — leading, influencing, and staying hands-on in delivery
- Clear and confident communication, particularly around expectations and trade-offs
