Supply Planning Leader

We’re looking for a Supply Planning Leader, New Zealand to lead a critical part of our end-to-end supply chain, at the heart of how we deliver for our customers.
You’ll own the national supply plan across materials and finished goods – balancing service, inventory and cost across a complex, multi-site network, while partnering across the business to keep Supply Chain performance high and end to end plans aligned.
Based in New Zealand, you’ll be connected to teams and stakeholders right across our national network.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead the NZ Supply Planning team to deliver a balanced, aligned supply plan
- Own inventory, materials, capacity planning and scheduling across the NZ network
- Drive performance across DIFOT, DIO, service, cost and working capital
- Represent Supply Chain in ITP/IBP processes, influencing decisions and aligning stakeholders
- Partner with NPD to land new products and promotions successfully
- Develop planning capability, embedding best practice across safety stock and core planning processes
- Build strong supplier and tolling partnerships
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, building capability, accountability and a strong performance culture
What You’ll Bring
- Strong supply planning experience in FMCG or manufacturing
- Experience across the production network
- Deep understanding of ITP/IBP processes and how to drive outcomes through them
- Proven leadership experience and ability to influence cross-functionally
- Experience with SAP IBP and planning tools to support decision making
- Exposure to transformation or continuous improvement initiatives
- Curiosity for how technology and AI can improve planning outcomes
- A commercial mindset – balancing service, cost and inventory
