Retail Team Leader

We’re looking for a Retail Team Leader to support the day‑to‑day running of our Walter Peak Retail Store and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role assists the Westaways Coordinator, leads the team in their absence, and ensures our retail spaces operate smoothly and professionally.
In this role, you’ll support the daily store operations, lead and guide the Retail Assistants when needed, and help with onboarding, training, and task planning. You’ll maintain high presentation standards, ensure accurate sales processing, and provide outstanding guest service, including assisting with experience-related queries. You’ll also promote RealNZ products and experiences, work toward sales targets, help manage stock and stocktakes, keep merchandise well-presented, and act as a main communication point for the team when the Manager is away.When required, you'll also lend a hand to our Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless guest experiences across the operation.
