Administrative Support

We’re looking for a proactive, organised Administrative Support team member to join our Christchurch office on a part-time basis (approx. 20 to 25 hours per week), reporting into the Office Administrator.

This is a hands-on, fast-moving support role at the centre of a busy aerospace startup. You’ll help keep the Christchurch office running like a well-oiled machine — supporting operations, people, visitors, and everything in between.

What You’ll Do

• Be part of the front-of-house experience, welcoming visitors and helping set the tone of the office
• Support day-to-day office operations, supplies, and facilities coordination
• Help keep the workplace running smoothly, efficiently, and looking sharp
• Support onboarding/offboarding of team members
• Help bring office events, team activities, and internal initiatives to life
• Jump in on general admin, records, and systems support where needed
• Use Excel heavily for tracking, reporting, and keeping key data organised
• Work closely with the Office Administrator as a key right-hand support

About You

• Experience in admin, office support, coordination, or similar roles
• Strong Excel skills are essential — you’re confident building, updating, and managing spreadsheets
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and calm under shifting priorities
• Proactive — you don’t wait to be told, you spot what needs doing and get on with it
• Friendly, approachable, and thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Comfortable in Microsoft Office 365 and modern workplace tools
