From employment relations and performance management to restructures, compliance, investigations, and workplace documentation — we become an extension of our clients’ businesses.

We are growing and are looking for a confident, proactive, and people-focused HR Advisor to join our team.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with business owners, managers, and our senior advisory team to support a wide range of HR and employment relations matters across diƯerent industries.

You’ll gain exposure to:

  • Employment Relations matters
  • Performance management and disciplinary processes
  • Absenteeism and medical incapacity processes
  • Employment agreements and policy drafting
  • Restructures and consultation processes
  • Recruitment and onboarding support
  • HR compliance audits
  • Health & Safety administration and documentation
  • Client advisory and relationship management

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about HR and employment relations
  • Confident communicating with employers and employees
  • Able to manage sensitive situations professionally
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced consultancy environment  Solutions-focused with a practical approach
  • Eager to learn and grow within the HR industry

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

  • Qualification in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Business, or similar
  • Previous HR administration or advisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation is advantageous
  • Strong written communication and report writing skills
  • Full New Zealand driver licence preferred
