We are growing and are looking for a confident, proactive, and people-focused HR Advisor to join our team.
About the Role
This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with business owners, managers, and our senior advisory team to support a wide range of HR and employment relations matters across diƯerent industries.
You’ll gain exposure to:
- Employment Relations matters
- Performance management and disciplinary processes
- Absenteeism and medical incapacity processes
- Employment agreements and policy drafting
- Restructures and consultation processes
- Recruitment and onboarding support
- HR compliance audits
- Health & Safety administration and documentation
- Client advisory and relationship management
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about HR and employment relations
- Confident communicating with employers and employees
- Able to manage sensitive situations professionally
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced consultancy environment Solutions-focused with a practical approach
- Eager to learn and grow within the HR industry
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Qualification in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Business, or similar
- Previous HR administration or advisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation is advantageous
- Strong written communication and report writing skills
- Full New Zealand driver licence preferred
