Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a switched-on, reliable and highly motivated

Medical Receptionist to join the friendly team at our Silverdale branch.

This is a permanent full-time position,

Monday to Friday, working 8 hours shifts from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

This opportunity will suit someone who thrives in a customer facing role and is confident interacting with a range of patients and clinicians. While previous experience in medical reception would be ideal, training and ongoing support will be provided, and it will be your genuine interest in healthcare and your desire to assisting those on a healthcare journey, that will see you succeed in this role.

We Encourage You To Apply If You Have

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, scheduling appointments, and taking payments, ideally in a healthcare environment
• Excellent computer literacy, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly and with ease; experience with COMRAD would be ideal
• A keen eye for detail, a high level of accuracy and good understanding of the importance of privacy
• The ability to communicate clearly & effectively in a calm and friendly manner
