We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our exceptional Customer Service Team. You will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of the 2026 General Election and empowering New Zealanders to participate in our democratic process.
The salary for this role starts at $61,550-$68,390 depending on relevant skills and experience of the candidate.
You will thrive in this role if you are curious, resilient, patient, and passionate about delivering high-quality service. You will be comfortable working independently while contributing positively within a highly supportive team environment.
It is a fixed-term role starting in August and ends in November 2026.

As our Customer Support Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to internal and external enquiries via phone and email using Zendesk.
- Supporting accurate enrolment processes.
- Navigating internal systems and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of resources.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Collaborating with your team to achieve shared goals.
- Managing emails, phone calls, data entry, and reporting.
- Responding to public enquiries professionally and efficiently.
