Your day-to-day would look like

  • Owning and managing the end-to-end GRM Sales customer journey, ensuring strong operational delivery across banking partnerships
  • Driving sustainable sales growth while delivering consistent, high-quality customer experiences
  • Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams focused on engagement and customer-centricity
  • Championing continuous improvement, including coaching, processes, and talent development
  • Collaborating with Operations Leads and senior stakeholders to ensure seamless, consistent customer journeys across the business

In your first 6-12 months, success will look like:

  • Inspiring and leading high-performing, customer-focused teams, fostering a positive and engaging culture
  • Driving a customer-first approach to boost loyalty, retention, and advocacy for Tower
  • Ensuring consistent, high-quality service across all channels (phone, chat, online, email)
  • Monitoring performance, customer feedback, and complaints to identify improvements and ensure compliance
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, Risk & Compliance, and partners to improve processes, manage risk, and deliver strong business outcomes

To thrive in this role, you'll need

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in leading and driving improvements across Sales teams
  • General Insurance knowledge and experience is an advantage
  • Evidence of leading changes that have positively impacted customer experience and improved operational outcomes
  • Results driven and KPI focused
  • Strong process and analytical skills with a track record in continuous improvement.
  • Proven leadership capability to inspire and lead others through significant transformational change
